ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Order processing and dispatch will be carried out once payment has been cleared and delivery address has been confirmed. Delivery will typically take 2-5 of working days depending on delivery destination. If delivery has not been made within 7 working days, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

We will ensure that our obligations are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced.

The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost.

Please note that we will accept returns and refund within a 2 week period from date of order. Any returns outside of this period will incur a restocking and refund fee. Please ensure that you choose your products carefully and make sure that they are compatible with your requirements. .

• All returns must be packaged in its original packaging, unused and unopened and returned within 7 days.
• Products will not be accepted for return if they have been opened or used unless due to manufacturing fault or defect.
• No Freight costs will be credited, unless the fault is of Allied Industrial Group.
